The Mad Raven Pub & Restaurant has been a part
of the Waltham community for over a decade,
combining a traditional Irish pub's warmth and
coziness with a contemporary and comfortable full
service restaurant.
Husband-and-wife team Mark McAuliffe, a native
of County Cork, Ireland and Maura McAuliffe, a
onetime Boston corporate lawyer turned
restaurateur, established The Mad Raven with the
intent of capturing the old world Irish feel with a
unique modern twist.
"Our menu offers an array of contemporary
cuisine and upscale pub fare, with unique daily
specials and offerings, including Brunch on Saturdays
and Sundays. We offer over 15 different draft beers,
an extensive wine list and many signature cocktails.
In the warm weather, sip a cocktail by our open air
windows. In the winter, you can relax with the
warmth of good friends and enjoy live music every
weekend. Catch a game on our big screen or join us
for our weekly trivia night. The pub is also available
for corporate or private parties. No matter the
