Margaritas was first established in Concord, NH in
1985 and quickly multiplied. Brothers John and Dave
Pelletier realized that if these restaurants were going to
become something truly different, they needed more
than just a Mexican menu. So off they went to Mexico
in search of something unique. What they discovered
was a collection of ingredients that, when combined,
created the perfect experience: colors, foods, art, music,
drinks. It all added up to something wonderful!
Mexican pilgrimages continue every year bringing
back flavors harvested from centuries of family
recipes, décor ideas or ceramics found in rural villages.
Margaritas truly embraces authentic Mexican
culture. Guacamole and zingy salsa are made fresh
daily. Drinks, the specialty—what else? Margaritas!
There are at least 15 different kinds, including
pomegranate and prickly pear.
No two Margaritas are identical and no two
experiences are exactly the same. The Waltham
location offers five rooms for dining and a beautiful
outside patio overlooking the Charles River.
