Baan Thai was established in 2001 by Chalee
Kioechuihe. Upon his arrival in the Boston area, Chalee
noticed largenumbers of Indonesian studentswhoyearned
for good Thai food. He figured out how to cook Thai food
with Chinese ingredients, because it was difficult finding
Thai ingredients in Boston at that time. Since then, he has
managed severalThai restaurants in theBostonarea,before
settling inWaltham.
Chalee manages to satisfy the tastes of serious Thai
enthusiasts as well as those who are new to Thai food.
Chalee will prepare each dish while paying special
attention to the likes/dislikes of the customer. Good food
can taste hot without overpowering its flavor with spices.
Despite its Thai name, there are actually two
distinct menus, Thai and Sushi, which both get equal
attention. There's also a separate sushi chef.
Thai dishes include lots of classic appetizers: Crab
Rangoon, Chicken Satay, Spring Rolls, and Treasure
Bags. There are also many lunch specials, noodle soup
main dishes, house specialties, and of course Pad Thai.
Sushi can be either traditional raw seafood over rice
or cooked fish or vegetables wrapped in rice.
Rest assured your meal will be enjoyable and most
memorable!

Since 1981, Bertucci's has been making the
world's best pizza in our signature brick ovens with
a genuine handcrafted approach to food.
Company Overview:
Like the original pizzerias and trattorias of Italy,
Bertucci's started as a place for friends, family and
neighbors to gather. That was in 1981 in Somerville,
Massachusetts. And now friends, family and
neighbors gather in more than 90 restaurants in ten
states and the District of Columbia. And that's
because since 1981 we have held true to Bertucci's
origins. Honesty and passion are still at the heart of
every Bertucci's meal. A passion for flavors, a passion
for creativity and a passion for tradition.
Time-honored recipes and our imaginations are
what allow us to create uncomplicated dishes that
are full of flavor. Every morning we roast our own
vegetables in our signature brick ovens and the rolls
our guests have come to crave are baked fresh every
hour. And our sauces are created daily in small
batches to ensure their flavor and quality.
So there you have it, the secret to our success:
simple, uncomplicated recipes, a passion for Italian
cuisine, and an uncompromising attention to detail.
That's how we create distinctively delicious Italian
meals every day.
